About the Journal
Journal Description:
The Journal of BEKEN (Business, Enterprise, Knowledge, and Education Network) is an open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes at least twice a year (August and December). It provides a platform for rigorous inquiry into the intersection of business, services, technology, and knowledge management across a range of sectors, including higher education, public services, and nonprofit organizations. The journal aims to foster scholarly dialogue that supports innovation, sustainability, and institutional excellence through both conceptual and empirical research. Contributions that explore digital transformation, enterprise development, governance and service quality improvement are particularly encouraged.
